Announcing a new way of communication between fellow Santa Fe Trail Ranch property owners - a private, and “hidden”, FaceBook group!
What does it mean to have a private and hidden group on FaceBook? Private means that ONLY members can see who’s in the group and what they post. But SFTR has gone one step further...we have “hidden” this group.... which means that only members (current, invited) can find the group in search and other places on Facebook.
Will I have to have a Facebook account to be part of the SFTR group? Yes
How will I know if there is a post to the SFTR group? In your Facebook notifications indicated by a “bell” in your account.
How do I get “invited” to join? Send an email to the following members of the communications committee:

requesting to join. After verification that you are a SFTR property owner, you will be sent an “invite” by way of a FaceBook notification (check the bell icon located in the app) and follow the directions.
Can I post pictures in this group? Yes, just like you do within a normal FaceBook post.
Are there rules for posting? Yes, all posts must be courteous and respectful. You are “speaking” to your neighbors. If a post is malicious or unfriendly, it could be removed plus the poster loses access to the group.
Can my personal friends join this group? No, only the lot owners of the Ranch.
